I am the current tenant in a furnished in-law unit located in Sunnyvale. I am moving out at the end of the month (February) and am helping the landlords to find a new tenant. I have been here for the past two and a half years and the landlords, who live in and own the main house, have been wonderful to me during this time.

The unit is fully furnished and has a private entrance. The entrance leads to part of the patio which has a table and chairs, which you essentially have for your own use. The unit has a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and hot plate. There is also a grill outside that you can use. Rent is $1400 and includes ALL utilities (water, electric, cable/internet). Security deposit is $1000. The unit will be available March 1st.

The house is located near I-280 and multiple shopping centers are located within walking distance.
