I am looking to sublet my bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 2-floor townhouse in Palo Alto. Rent is $1600/month, but very negotiable if that’s a little high for your budget. The room would be available in April, May, and possibly June. If you would like to sublet my room for a portion of that time, we can prorate the cost. It’s furnished, but we could maybe arrange it to be unfurnished if you would prefer.

It’s just a 5-minute drive/10-minute bike ride/20 minute walk away from Stanford, downtown Palo Alto, and California Ave. There are 2 bathrooms (a full bath and a half-bath). The bedroom has a full-sized bed, couch, desk, and closet. Comes with a parking spot, side yard, and a cute patio - it’s been super nice to have an outdoor space during covid. There’s lots of natural light. When living here, you would have 1 female roommate who is a software engineer. She might be out of town most of the time, but if she sticks around, you’d have the best roommate ever!
