Covid notes: we all go to the gym and whatever else is open at any time, and sometimes have a friend or two over. 1 of the roommates is vaccinated already.

Walking trails/park:
The neighborhood park is less than 100 yards down the street from the house. If you want trails, the Baylands Nature Preserve is a quarter mile away. It has a bird sanctuary, duck pond, and great views of the bay, the mountains, and the Dumbarton bridge. These trails are awesome for walks, runs, and bike rides.
Lease terms (Negotiable with landlord):
Room 1: The rent is $1000/month with utilities of $130/ month. The security deposit is 2 months’ rent
($2000).
Room 2: The rent is $1200/ month with utilities of $130/ month. The security deposit is 2 months’ rent
($2400).
Utilities include gas, electricity, water, internet, gardening service, trash collection, recycling, and sewage. You can sign a 6-month or 1-year lease (after which it'll automatically renew every 2 months). A background check must be completed. The house is in excellent condition and any needed repairs are handled promptly.
