We are offering a clean room for rent, available anytime after March 20th. The rent will be $1000/month + utilities (~$50-100 per person on average).

The other three housemates are male working professionals in their late 20's (two Stanford affiliates).

The room is situated within a spacious 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house. Our neighborhood is a well-maintained modern development in East Palo Alto, close to IKEA. The house has a washer & dryer, a spacious shared living area, a back patio, and included garage/driveway and street parking. There's also a nice park right next door! The house is located next to a shopping center with Target and IKEA and several grocery stores. You can reach Stanford within 20 minutes by biking or 15 minutes by car. Highway 101 is within 2-5 minutes' driving of the house.

The lease is month-to-month. We prefer someone who is looking for a longer-term lease period, but details are negotiable.
