Really amazing, clean and safe community with the best property management team in the Bay Area. I have been sharing an amazing 2-bedroom apartment with vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows streaming in lots of natural light (perfect direction to the sunrise) and with a secure parking spot (for a mere $10/month) accessible via the additional back entrance of the apartment. This is a 2 floor loft-style 2-bed apartment so both bedrooms are not on the same floor, therefore allowing for ample privacy and separation of space. Both bedrooms have dedicated full bathrooms attached. Both bedrooms have a living space right outside so the only space/amenities you will be sharing with your flatmate are the kitchen, laundry and dining space.

I am moving out to live with family and therefore am helping my flatmate to find someone to replace me. Available as soon as you are. Ideal move in date is April 1st. I can move out earlier if you wish to move in earlier.
