I am a grad student (2nd year master's) and I have been living in this house since September but my housemates are leaving (graduating). There are four rooms in the house, at least three need to be occupied but we could have a fourth person and that would decrease rent. Couples are also welcomed.
The house is a bit old but it has been really nice living in it, very nice and big backyard with a volleyball court.
