I am looking for a female roommate to share my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Santa Clara. I am a quiet and clean female engineer looking for someone with similar values.

I have an extra bedroom that could be used for a WFH office and/or guest room. The extra bedroom could also be rented out if we find a third person we like.

Rent if 2 people: $1500
Rent if 3 people: $1000

Utilities are not included but never exceed $70 per month.
