I'm a mid-20s techie. Pre-Covid times, I love to hang out with my friends, travel to new places and eat new things. During Covid-times, I love to learn new recipes and do random projects. I am really easy-going. If you prefer to stay alone or make friends with me, happy to do either!!

About the place:

• Located right in between Downtown San Jose and Santana Row (Burbank neighborhood area).

• Right off of 280 but not close enough where you can hear the highway (so peaceful!)
• 8 min drive/ 45 min walk to San Jose Caltrain Station
• 7 min drive/ 1 hr walk to San Jose Downtown
• 6 min drive/ 30 min walk to Santana Row

• Newly-renovated room (really beautiful!)
• Room dimensions: 12 feet 8 in x 11 feet 5 in
• Separate entrance for privacy
• Private full bathroom
• Personal kitchenette
• Large backyard with a gazebo
• Ample parking
• Solar panels - low electricity bill

This room is meant to be a standalone room. You should be able to do lightweight cooking (I'll provide a tabletop burner & mini-fridge if needed). Whatever it doesn't have that you need, you can let me know and I'll try my best to provide it.

For laundry, you would have to walk outside and enter the main house.

Month to month is available but preference is given to long-term lease. $1750 / month not including utilities (house has solar panels so utilities is low) and safety deposit is one month's rent.
Price and terms are only negotiable if long term lease 8months+.
Room is available for move-in mid-April.
