We have a beautiful master room available starting May 1st (negotiable) in our Menlo Park apartment, a 10 min bike ride away from Stanford's campus.

Apartment: 3-bedroom-2-bathroom apartment in a small complex (8 units, 2 stories) in Menlo Park. The master bedroom (that is available for renting) has its own private bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is a large living room area and a very spacious and bright kitchen together with a dining room area.

Utilities: Kitchen and bathrooms have tile floors and the rest of the apartment is hardwood. Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building -- there is also a great and affordable laundromat at walking distance if you prefer. The apartment in on a cul-de-sac and there is plenty of street parking. We also have our own private parking slot (non-street)! The apartment is a a short bike ride away from Stanford's campus and a 3 min drive away from a 101 entrance (highway).

Flatmates: One woman in her mid 20s who is a tech professional and the other is a male in his mid 20's who is a PhD student at Stanford. Both are respectful and very clean roommates, highly recommend them!

Master Room: hardwood floors, walk-in full-size closet, private bathroom. Gas/Electric/Internet are separate - they usually run us about 40-100 per month (depending on the season) per person, including internet. Landlords pay for water, trash and provide a gardening service at no cost. Room comes unfurnished and with lots of space!
