I'm a Stanford resident and live with my SO and our cat in a newly built townhouse in Mountain View. We are looking for a roommate. The second bedroom is up for rent, available end of June/beginning of July.

Details about the townhouse:

• 2 bedrm, 2.5 bath apprx 1343 sq ft. Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.
• New appliances: fridge, gas range and oven with hood, dishwasher, microwave; washer/dryer
• Guest parking spots, plenty of street parking
• Close to Costco, Safeway, Starbucks, Trader Joes, etc.
• No smoking.

Driving distance to the hospitals:

• 6 miles from Stanford, 15 min drive
• 4 miles from VA Palo Alto, 10 min drive
• 14 miles from VMC, 20 min drive

Dimensions are 9ft 8in x 12ft and has its own bathroom with tub/shower. Rent is $1700, deposit $750. I'll be paying for internet and all utilities (electricity, trash, water, etc). The common spaces of the townhouse will be furnished, as I already have a dining table, couch, coffee table, TV. We do not wear shoes in the house. We do have a very outgoing and inquisitive cat.
