We have one room available from May 1st (negotiable) in our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Redwood City. We are looking for a female roommate willing to share the apartment with another female in her 20s.

About the Room:
The room available is very large and spacious with a large walk-in closet and a large private bathroom. It has three window which bring plenty of light to brighten the room. The rent for this room is $1,537. We split the utilities, electricity and internet in addition. There is free guest parking available in the underground parking garage and street parking available as well.

The kitchen is large and well equipped with new appliances and a gas stove.
In-unit washer and dryer.
Large living room with patio.
Walkable distance to Cal-train station.
Walkable distance to Safeway, Wholefoods and other grocery stores.
At the moment, we have no pets but pets are allowed according to apartment’s regulations for a $75 monthly fee added to the rent.

Lease term: Lease ends in January 2022.

About you:
You are a clean, and responsible female housemate in our general age range.
