F, senior graduating from Stanford this year, looking for summer housing (early/mid June to end of August) in any of the following areas:
Financial District, Rincon Hill, SOMA, Embarcadero, South Beach, East Cut, Embarcadero, Chinatown

Requirements:
-house or apt, not looking for dorm style coliving situations
-private room, private bathroom would be great, but ok to share bathroom with one other person
-if living with roommates, would love at least one other female-identifying roommate
-ok with occasional visits / overnight stays of vaccinated partner
-kitchen use
-prefer laundry in unit, but if there is a nearby laundromat that works too
-<$1.2k total per month with rent, utilities, internet, fees

About me:
-generally introverted but would love roommates i can call friends as well :)
-clean & responsible, will pay rent on time and contribute to house chores
-love making music and would love to jam if roommates do too!
