Hello I am looking for a roommate with lease renewal starting July 1st.
The apartment is a 2 bed/2bath by Jack W Lyle Park in Menlo Park. The room for rent is large with a private bathroom and walk in closet. There are assigned parking spots for the apartment (2) as well as storage. We also have a free washer drier that is shared by the 3 apartments in the complex.
Rent is 1700 monthly not including utilities.
About me: I am a medical resident at Stanford Hospital so my schedule can be quite busy with sometimes some odd hours. A good fit would be someone who's also clean and social but doesn't bring the party home.
