Hello! I am looking to sublet my entire townhouse (both bedrooms) in a 2-bedroom, 2-floor townhouse in Palo Alto. Total rent is $3200, but is negotiable if that’s too high for your budget.

The house is available from May 1 to June 30 (but I can be flexible with timing). If you would like to sublet for a portion of that time, we can prorate the cost. Furnished

It’s just a 5-minute drive/10-minute bike ride/20 minute walk away from Stanford, downtown Palo Alto, and California Ave. There are 2 bathrooms (a full bath and a half-bath). One of the bedrooms is larger than the other, but they’re both a good size. Both bedrooms have a desk, closet, and large window. The bigger room has a queen bed, and the smaller room has a full bed and a couch. There is a side yard and a cute patio – it’s been really nice to have an outdoor space during covid. Lots of natural light on both floors.
