Hello! We are looking to replace our current roommates as their medical residencies are ending. The house is located near the Atherton border on a sunny lot with a landscaped yard and gated courtyard. We are 5-10 minutes from Stanford, Facebook, Amazon, Google, Caltrain, with easy access to highways 101/280. New fireplace, appliances, washer and dryer.

We have lived here for 2 years and love it! The house will remain almost fully furnished when our roommates move out. The house has a garage with lots of storage where I park my car. There is plenty of free, safe street parking right in front of the house as well. We split an additional $300-450 a month for utilities depending on time of year (water, gas, electric, wifi, garbage). We have two empty rooms (one bigger and one smaller, see pictures) with plans to fill one and keep the other as an office / workout space.

The current lease ends June 1st but we can be flexible with the move in date if needed.
