Hello! We are looking to replace our current roommates as their medical residencies are ending. The house is located near the Atherton border on a sunny lot with a landscaped yard and gated courtyard. We are 5-10 minutes from Stanford, Facebook, Amazon, Google, Caltrain, with easy access to highways 101/280. The remodeled kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals and entertaining friends and family. New fireplace, television, appliances, washer and dryer.

We have lived here for 2 years and love it! The house will remain almost fully furnished when our roommates move out. The house has a garage with lots of storage where I currently park my car. There is plenty of free, safe street parking right in front of the house as well. We would split an additional 300-450 a month for utilities (water, gas, electric, wifi, garbage). We have two empty rooms with plans to fill one and keep the other as a hybrid office / workout space.

We are ideally looking to have someone by June 1st but can be flexible with the move in date.
