This home is located in the Kings Mountain area, above the town of Woodside, on the ocean side of Skyline. Very secluded and quiet, with a private gate to the property. The house has a strong cabin feel to it. The perfect place for writing grant applications, a thesis, publications, or unwinding after a day on clinical service!

Rent is $2,600 per month with a 1 year lease.
$2,600 deposit to be returned if all is well, after inspection.
Water and electric included.
Tenant to pay propane for furnace. Furnace is controlled by tenant.
No cable or Wi-Fi provided. There is an antenna on the house, for Direct TV, but nothing is connected.
Street parking outside gate.

The rental includes the entire upper (main) floor of the home: master bedroom with en suite bath, office, kitchen and great room. Also included are the yard and large deck. The home is unfurnished, with the exception of a piano and hutch, located in the great room, and a table/chairs on the back deck. There are two wood burning fireplaces: one in the great room and one in the bedroom.

Laundry is located in its own room, downstairs. Total privacy upstairs and separate from rest of house. Gardener lives on premises, downstairs, and has their own entrance.
