I’m P, a female Stanford employee looking for a female roommate to join me at a spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood in Mountain View! I work in statistics in the School of Medicine. I’m clean and enjoy hanging out and exercising (love going for daily walks in the neighborhood).

The bedroom is carpeted and comes with a private full bathroom and northwest-facing windows. The apartment also has a living room area and a full kitchen with dishwasher. There is in-building laundry that is coin-operated. The complex also has a pool and a gym that are available for scheduled use. Unfortunately, the apartment is pet free and there’s also no smoking or drugs.

The complex is in a great area. We’re about 10 minutes’ walk from Caltrain, Target, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and many more stores and restaurants at the San Antonio Shopping Center. It’s also a 10 minute walk to a stop for the Stanford SE Marguerite Shuttle.

Rent is $1225/mo, with utilities about $90. Utilities covers water, gas, trash, electricity, and internet. The lease is flexible, but I’m hoping to find a longer-term roommate. The room is available for move-in starting on June 1st.
