We are looking to fill one bedroom in our 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath house. The house is a spacious (2300 sq. ft.), 2-story Redwood City home in a quiet neighborhood close to Facebook, 101, downtown Redwood City, and shopping centers on El Camino.
The four of us have been living together for several years, and one housemate is moving out to begin graduate school.

We are looking for a laid-back, courteous, and responsible housemate who will contribute to keeping the place both tidy and enjoyable, and due to the configuration of the first floor, someone who isn't too sensitive to noise. We want to maintain a respectful, friendly environment where we occasionally host dinners and barbecues, so we are looking for someone with similar goals.
We would prefer someone interested in staying here until June 2022 (with the option of re-signing for another year after that).
