We have two empty rooms with hopes of filling one to keep the other as a hybrid office / workout space but are open to the potential of filling both.

If filling one room the price would be $2000 - $2700/month depending on room/couple/pets.
If we find the right pair of people to fill both rooms the price would be cheaper.

We are looking to replace our current roommates as their medical residencies are ending. The house is located near the Atherton border on a sunny lot with a landscaped yard and gated courtyard. We are 5-10 minutes from Stanford, Facebook, Amazon, Google, Caltrain, with easy access to highways 101/280. The remodeled kitchen, new appliances, television, fireplace, washer and dryer.

We have lived here for 2 years and love it! The house will remain almost fully furnished when our roommates move out. The house has a garage with lots of storage where I currently park my car. There is plenty of free, safe street parking right in front of the house as well. We would split an additional 300-450 a month for utilities (water, gas, electric, wifi, garbage).

The rooms becomes available on June 1st but we are flexible.
