Extremely convenient location—less than 7 minutes away from downtown Redwood City, Caltrain, Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, and Target. 10 minutes away from Stanford (15-20 min on bike). 25 minutes away from SFO.

About the room:

The Master Suite is large [350sqft] - A Californian king-size bed takes up less than half the space. It will come furnished with a CB2 king-size bed with matching book shelf. Plenty of room to put in your desk, sofa, etc.
Lots of storage space—there is one closet in the actual bedroom and an additional mirrored closet in the bathroom.

Utilities not included in rent.
Preferred move-in date would be as soon as possible (negotiable).
Lease duration negotiable (3, 6, 12-month leases).

About us:

MD doing her anesthesia training at Stanford Hospital + Stanford female grad from 2017 working on her own startup. Both are in their late 20s.

It’s a pretty calm house—we’re friends and hang out regularly, but are generally respectful of each other’s space and there aren’t usually a ton of guests filtering in and out.
