Hi all - my 1br apartment in College Terrace will be available this June for rent. I'm reposting as I thought I found someone, but it fell through.

The apartment is in a great location (near the Cal Ave farmer's market!) with a truly great and responsive landlord. There's a parking spot included, washer/dryer on site, plenty of space and light. The kitchen has granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a new oven. No pets (though a cat might be allowed).

Monthly rent is $2675, not including utilities, which usually run about $100. There are only 5 units in the building, so it's very quiet. It's a five-minute walk from Stanford's campus, and even closer by bike.
