We are looking for 2 housemates in our town house in redwood city to replace the two who are moving. I have been living here for 3 years.

Housemate 1: Postdoc at Stanford
Housemates 2 and 3: Software engineers at tech companies (Master bedroom)
Open room 1: In the second floor next to the other bedrooms (10X12 with closet) - $1300 (Picture attached)
Open room 2: In the ground floor (10X10 no closet) - $1100

The house is next to the bay and close to a hiking trail. The house has 2.5 bathrooms (1 master, 1 shared full bath and 1 shared half bath). We have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. It is 5 mins from downtown Redwood City, Costco and the Stanford Redwood city campus. It takes about 20 mins to get to the main campus by car.

We are looking for someone to move in July 1 and we would ideally like someone who'll stay here till next May
