I'm subletting my apartment in downtown Palo Alto (two blocks from the Blue Bottle on University Ave) for short or medium term(anywhere from 3-6 months). The apartment has good natural lighting, nice kitchen countertops and hardwood floors, a dishwasher, a designated garage spot, and comes fully stocked (towels, bedding, kitchen, etc) and furnished. There is a nice park directly across the street that is perfect for hanging out and relaxing, especially now with COVID. Also, there is a good office chair for working at the dining table comfortably.

You could move in July 1st, the end date is flexible, and rent is $2250. I would like someone who is clean and does not have pets. It's a nice quiet apartment in a great area!
