The Community Manager Intern will be an integral part of fulfilling CANOPY’s day-to-day operations and delivering overall member excellence. The Community Manager Intern acts as a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos, philosophies, and spirit of CANOPY and how we conduct ourselves with members at all times, so excellence in every interaction is essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Graciously welcome guests and members as they arrive; build rapport with members, engaging them in conversation, and serving them with care and attention any chance you get.
● Take immediate action to communicate and resolve any issues encountered in the space.
● Manage the front desk and support Team CANOPY with ad-hoc projects ranging from facilities to marketing and events to sales and lead generation; work on data science-related assignments - helping to analyze our CRM data set for trends/drivers / KPI’s.
● Stay on top of general day-to-day administration, as well as mail service management, promptly delivering mail to members directly in the office.
● Assist in putting together marketing collateral, support event management, and work community events.
● Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos, philosophies, and spirit of CANOPY and how we conduct ourselves with members at all times.
● Work with the team to assess growth opportunities.

● Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask.

Pluses:
● 3+ years in a customer-facing role, office reception, or as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality or service industry.
● Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop in particular) ● 1+ years working in a startup, entrepreneurial environment
