I have moved out of my wonderfully located 1-bedroom apartment in College Terrace - right next to Stanford campus - in Palo Alto. It is available now, and a one-year lease will begin on July 1. I am happy to pro-rate the rent if you move in anytime before July 1.

The monthly rent is $2675, not including utilities, which run about $80-100 per month, depending on the use of heating, etc.

It's a proper one bedroom, big enough to fit a king-sized bed. The living room is also spacious with a nice balcony that you can fill with plants. The oven is new and the kitchen is well-equipped, with enough space for a breakfast nook. You only share a wall with one neighbor, so it's also really quiet. There is an off-street covered parking space included, as well, and there is coin-operated laundry onsite.

It's located in a great neighborhood - there are little parks nearby and free tennis courts just down the street. There's also the weekly Palo Alto farmer's market about a 5-min walk on California Ave, and it's a ten-minute walk to the Cal Ave Caltrain station. If you have a car, it's a quick drive to Trader Joe's, Safeway, Whole Foods, and lots of other useful places.
