Hi there! We have a private room in an apartment in Palo Alto which will be available to rent on July 1st. The cost is $1375 / month (+ ~$100 utilities). We will be signing a one-year lease which will start on July 1, 2021. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates.

Apartment: The apartment is ~1300sq ft and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You would be free to use all of the shared living spaces. We have a big open living room with ample couch seating. The kitchen is medium-sized with and has a dining table, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc. We also have a pretty spacious backyard where we sometimes hang out. There is an in-unit washing machine and a coin-operated washer and dryer that is shared by the complex (5 other units).

Us: 2 guys in their late 20s. We both are postdocs at Stanford – one in biology and one in environmental engineering. We’re easy to get along with, open-minded, respectful of each other’s space and decently clean. We’d hope you would be the same!

Location: The location is ideal. We live in the beautiful and quiet College Terrace neighborhood of Palo Alto. The apartment is located within walking distance of Stanford University and California Ave (restaurants, shops, etc). We are also very close to downtown Palo Alto and 2 Caltrain stations. Mountain View, Menlo Park, Highway 101 and 280 are all within a 10-minute drive.
