Hello! We are searching for a third female roommate for our incredible condominium/apartment in Mountain View.

About the location: The apartment is located right by the San Antonio Shopping Center. Target, Safeway, 24hr Fitness, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Walmart are less than a 15 minute walk away. The San Antonio Caltrain station is an 8 minute walk (3 minute run) away. Biking to Stanford takes about 15 minutes.

The complex is really beautiful, with lots of trees and a fountain/creek. We have access to two large, clean pools and a hot-tub. The apartment comes with two covered parking spaces (with two electric garage openers/clickers).

About the apartment: The apartment has 3 bedrooms. There is a large kitchen with granite countertops and a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, and microwave. The living room is huge with access to a balcony that overlooks the pool. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a central heating system, plenty of storage space, a dining room, and fast internet.

There are two bathrooms (one private and one shared). You would share the bathroom with another roommate. It has a combined shower/bathtub with good water pressure. A ~$2000 new water heater was installed about one year ago.

About the roommates: We are quite, warm-hearted and vegetarian-friendly (though of course it is okay if you eat meat).

About the room: Medium-sized with an expansive window and substantial closet space.

Rent/Utilities After:
Rent is $1240 per month if you don't have a car. There are two mandatory covered parking spots that cost $70 which we currently split three ways since we don't own cars. If you have a car, then you can pay the price of one spot for (+$35), making the rent $1252. Utilities (gas/electricity) are usually between $50-60 per month. Internet is ~$21.85 per month.

Move-in: 1st week of July, 2020.
