Looking for someone to join our lovely home in downtown Palo Alto! We are a group of 4 young professionals and Stanford graduate students (all male, ages 27-32). The house is a spacious multi-level home just a few blocks away from University Ave. We are a 10 minute bike ride from Stanford's campus and a 5-10 minute bike ride from Safeway/Trader Joe's/Whole Foods. We have a large backyard, large shared kitchen, and living room. The bedroom is on the second floor. The upstairs bathroom is shared with two other housemates. We enjoy spending time together and doing house dinners in the backyard when the weather is nice. Looking for a tenant for 3 months with the possibility of extending beyond that.
