(Passing this along for my landlord)
My partner and I are moving out of one of his apartments in Menlo Park and we loved our time here.

The apartment is a bright and charming, large 1bd / 1ba with ample closet storage space. It is an end unit with windows on 3 sides, so lots of sunshine for plants! The common garden area has a prolific orange tree, lemon tree, and a tall redwood among others. Coin-operated, brand new laundry machines were just installed in the building.

Location is right across the street from the beautiful Burgess Park and Menlo Park Library, walking distance from Trader Joes', Draegers, Safeway, Caltrain station and Menlo Park downtown. It takes me about 15min to bike to the main quad on campus.

The landlord is very friendly, flexible and responsive. The property manager lives onsite and is very helpful as well.
