Hello! I'm a working professional/current staff at Stanford and former Stanford alum looking for a new roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in Sunnyvale. I'm clean and easygoing and am currently working from home through the summer. Slight preference for a female roommate but am open to all, particularly if you like raising houseplants. :) I'm also happy to hang out/go for walks. Don't have pets, but am open to them.

The unit is a spacious master bedroom with attached bathroom, located in a safe complex in Sunnyvale (Avalon Silicon Valley). Base rent is 1688$ a month with utilities (water, sewer, trash) averaging about 100$ total per month. Costs for electricity, internet and renter's insurance are split evenly, ranging from 100-150$ each per month. In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and central ac/heating.

Complex is located near Highway 101, a 10 minute drive to Sunnyvale Caltrain, 30 minute walk to Lawrence Caltrain and VTA Line 55 is across the street in case you'll need to commute. Parking spaces are also available within the community if you drive.
