Looking for 2 grad students or professionals. 2 guys or 2 girls to live in the upstairs unit of my house in downtown Palo Alto. There's a shared entryway, fenced in backyard, and laundry around the back of the house. It’s an older house and kind of quirky, but the location is unbeatable. The upstairs unit is 2 bed, 1 bath with a living room and kitchen. $2500 for both rooms + utilities (one is slightly bigger so rent could be split evenly or $1400 & $1100.)
