We have two rooms open in a townhouse in Redwood City close to 101. It's about 5 mins from the redwood city downtown by car. The house is right next to the Bair island trail.

We have been living here for ~ 3 years and we are replacing housemates who are moving away between now and August. The first room will be available as early as July 1. We prefer a lease till May 2022.

The current residents are males in their early 30’s. One is a postdoc at Stanford and the other is an engineer working in the self-driving car space.

Open room 1: In the second floor next to the other bedrooms (10X12 with closet) - Available July 1. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1-2 residents. $1300 if room 2 is rented and $1600 otherwise.

Open room 2: This room will be available in August (10X10 no closet). We have a portable closet available for use in that room. Rent is $900. It will make for a great office space as it is in the ground floor away from the main living areas. We are also open to someone renting both rooms together if they need a work from home space

Security Deposit - One month's rent
Utilities $100 - $150 (PG&E, Wifi, water, trash and house cleaning service)

Washer and dryer are in the unit; kitchen appliances include dish washer, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and oven

We have two spots in garage for parking. We will be taking turns to park the cars in the garage while one of us uses street parking. There is ample of free parking right outside the house.
