There are two rooms available for you to choose from. We plan to fill one and keep the other as a hybrid office / workout space. The house is fully furnished besides the room for rent. We recently reduced the rent as we’d like to have a larger selection of applicants.

Large Room: $1795/mo + utilities. 150 ft² / 14 m². Has a large Walk-in Closet and Large Private Bath.

Small Room: $1395/mo + utilities. 105 ft² / 10 m². Includes two Closets (one in room and one directly across from room in hallway) and Large Private Bath.

The house is located near the Atherton border, two blocks from downtown Menlo Park and the Caltrain station. If you want to live in a location convenient to everything on the Peninsula, in an area with the best weather, this might be perfect for you. The area doesn't have a lot of modern inventory.

We are:

• A personable, respectful couple who are working from home (during COVID). One of us works in big tech, the other is the Founder and CEO of a start up.
• Fully COVID vaccinated, strictly follow CDC guidelines when outside the house.
