Lovely updated house in East Palo Alto with fenced frontyard and backyard. All new appliances, flooring, and bathroom features. The backyard has a patio and grilling counters with grill. Locked storage boxes in the driveway. $1200 includes all utilities except internet, which will be another ~$25.

There are two occupied bedrooms and one available bedroom. The available bedroom shares the bathroom with one person. Bedroom furnishings inc bed are available if desired. Housemates would be one female from Brazil (student), one male from Ohio (non-profit working professional), and one male from Idaho (medical student at Stanford). We are 27-32 years old, social, hardworking and respectful of each others space and time.

There is also one dog in the house (a super friendly Alaskan Malamute named Bodhi), so we're looking for someone who likes or at least tolerates dogs. He's very quiet and mostly sleeps all day, but dog lovers would be ideal. Unfortunately, there is no room for any more pets.
