Private room w ocean views in a large, beautiful Pacifica home. Bathroom is shared w/ one female - the room is good sized with closet and space for a desk, dresser, etc. We have a large backyard, deck, garage, living spaces, and kitchen. We are young professionals (2 F/M, in early 30's), the home has four rooms total (including a couple in an attached in-law unit). We are busy on the weekdays but otherwise active (yoga, surfing, etc.). We love the surrounding area with the beach and easy commute/uber to the city or South Bay. The house is also walking distance to Linda Mar/Rockaway beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. We are asking $1250 a month and basic utilities are inexpensive and split w/ the house. There is a large garage for storage and plenty of parking and a new washer/dryer onsite. Sorry, we are not allowed to have pets.
