We are looking for a single professional who is clean and responsible to live with us in this magical property. This 4-bedroom and 3-full bathroom house was built in 2009 and has a total of 2300 sq ft. Two owners of the house (one male and one female) living there are both full-time working professionals. The house has no more than 3 residents at any given time. We respect our tenant's privacy and expect the same from the tenant. We expect the tenant to practice caution towards COVID-19 when he/she is not in the house so we all can relax and feel safe at home. No pets and no parties.
The house is situated among many beautiful homes in the neighborhood. The tenant will have own private bedroom and bathroom. The house has a nice garden and is within a 5-minute walk to the quiet nearby park and a 15-minute walk to nearby restaurants, Pharmacies, Stores, & Gym. You will also love the following:
· Proximity to Stanford Univ and surrounding Business Parks (VA Medical Center, HPE, Varian, Lockheed)
· Excellent jogging/biking routes/paths away from traffic
· Friendly neighbors & overall neighborhood safety
· Natural light, high ceilings, wood floors in the living room space and carpet in the bedroom, & immaculately maintained house
. The bedroom (11’10” x 9’5”) has vaulted ceiling and is currently furnished with a queen size bed but can be removed.
. Applicant should be either a vegetarian, or never cook/eat/store meat product in the house.
. Applicant should clean after him/herself in the common areas as well maintain a good standard of cleaning in the private bedroom/bathroom.
