We have an unfurnished master suite available in a large 4-bedroom/2.5 bath home (2250 sqft total) in a private community in East Palo Alto. We are young professionals (aged mid 20s - early 30s ) who work in tech and are pretty laid back. Our hobbies include tennis, travel, surfing, skiing and video games to give an idea of how we spend our free time (if you like these too awesome! if not no worries). We’re looking for a roommate who is clean, courteous, and someone who is easygoing. We’re looking for someone who can move in on/close to August 1st.

The room:
$1565/mo (+ ~$110/mo in utilities/internet) with a $1300 deposit. Landlord covers trash.
Included in the utilities/internet is a cleaning service every couple months.
You'll have a private bathroom and walk-in closet.

The house:
The house is ~5 years old. We were the very first tenants and have taken very good care of the home. It's close to 101 and the Dumbarton bridge. It's a 12 minute bike ride to Facebook HQ and a 15 minute drive to Google if you happen to work at either of those. The house sits at the back of a walled complex so there is no through traffic that comes by (the only people/cars around are other tenants in the complex).
