We're a research team in the Stanford Psychophysiology Lab studying sleep and well-being. We invite you to participate in the Stanford Home Sleep Study, a remote research project focused on the relationship between daytime experiences and sleep.

Participation involves two weeks of text surveys and observing your natural sleep from home (or your dorm), using three easy-to-wear physiology devices sent in the mail. Participants also complete two health and well-being surveys and two virtual info sessions.

Participants will receive a personalized sleep report, earn up to $80 via Amazon gift card, and help us work toward a better understanding of how to improve sleep and quality of life.
