I'm looking for a housemate for my lovely 2 bed/1 bath home in San Francisco on the Mission/ Bernal Heights border. The house is recently updated and has everything you need: a kitchen with a dishwasher and new fridge/oven/microwave/other appliances, and a garage with laundry, lots of storage space, and off-street parking, and lots of space to spread out both indoors and in the backyard. The house is fully furnished and the bedroom can be too! Move-in is during the first week of August (flexible on dates) and the lease is 6 months (until Jan 31st).

There are a lot of great things about this place, but the best part has to be the backyard. There is a deck right off of the kitchen with a table and chairs so it's easy to open up the french doors and eat outside, a BBQ, lemon tree, a long stretch of raised beds overflowing with herbs and flowers, and a swing thing that's perfect for getting some fresh air between zoom calls.

The location is great - we are close enough to walk to everything the mission has to offer but this little street is peaceful and quiet. Precita Park is right around the corner, there are cafes, good restaurants, breweries, and grocery shops within a few blocks, and easy access to the 101 and the 280.
