I’m looking for a housemate to share a 2 bed 2.5 bath (very nice, super clean) townhome conveniently located in Palo Alto off El Camino. Your bedroom would have its own en-suite bathroom and we’d share the common areas. I will move in late July-early August, so you’d be welcome to share in setting up the common spaces to your liking. The unit has a nice, private backyard, a garage, laundry in-unit, nice appliances, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, super awesome closets, and the community has a pool and spa. Landlord pays the HOA and we’d split other utilities.

I already have the lease, so open to subletting or redoing the lease and cosigning. Asking 1,900 a month, but flexible. Would prefer a Stanford affiliated female mid-20s to mid-30s, but definitely open to others. I have a small dog and a cat, so must like pets. I’m organized and clean, very reliable, and want home to be a place to relax, cook, and have a few friends over for brunch or game night once in a while.
