Hi everyone!

We have an unfurnished room available in a 3br/2ba house in Palo Alto (Midtown) that is currently available for $1350 (plus internet/utilities). The house is in a cute/calm neighborhood within biking distance of Stanford and with easy access to 101. The house has a 2-car driveway, a garage (with a washer/dryer!), and plenty of street parking. Shared spaces include bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, side patios, and a spacious backyard. No pets (we love them, but not allowed per the lease). The room available is 10x12’.

Both roommates are in their late 20s working in Biotech, see below for additional bios:

Katie: I graduated from Stanford two years ago with a master’s of engineering and now work for a medical device company in San Jose. I enjoy watching tv, reading, hiking, and camping.

Allie: I just moved to the Palo Alto area from Oakland/Berkeley and will be starting a fellowship at Stanford this August. Home for me is a place to do some work, cook/bake, watch Netflix, and occasionally have a friend over for dinner. In my free time, I like to play soccer, do yoga, hike, bike, go to the beach, and learn new recipes.
