• Furnished with full bed/mattress, new mattress cover, dresser, mirror, desk, night stand, night stand lamp, curtains.
• Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood 10 min walk to San Antonio CalTrain station and San Antonio Shopping Center with Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Safeway, movie theater, etc.
• On a popular bike route to Palo Alto/Stanford.
• You'll be sharing a bathroom with two considerate and conscientious housemates. Bathroom is cleaned weekly.
• Laundry is onsite and included.
• You'll have your own dedicated cabinet/fridge/freezer spaces in the kitchen. We also have a dishwasher.
• Driveway and street parking available.
• We also have a maintained backyard with mature trees, Meyer lemons, and an orange tree out front.
• Current housemates are a developer working at Stitch Fix, an ex-academic now working as a consultant, and a shy but friendly cat. Fourth housemate is TBD since that room is also open.

The vibe of the house is that we are all friendly but busy individuals with independent lives. It's a quiet, respectful house with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. We're looking for someone that is kind and likeminded who also appreciates and independently contributes to clean common areas and a calm atmosphere. Put another way: we all make messes as we live our lives and if you’re not cleaning up well after yourself you are asking the rest of us to deal with it - which is not going to work here. If that sounds kinda harsh and crazy to you then this is likely not the house for you. If that sounds like a relief then you could be a fit.

First month's rent + $500 security deposit reserves the room, last month's rent due by move in date. Month to month sublease. Internet and utilities are $100-150/month additional.
