A master bedroom is available in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house! We have a full kitchen, large backyard, nice living room and dining room. The room costs $1373 (w/o utilities). Looking for someone who can sign a year lease starting September 1, 2021.

Room will not come furnished

You will share the house with two women that are very friendly, in their mid/late-20s, communicative and clean. I work as a programs administrator and my housemate works as an elementary school teacher. We're hoping to have another woman come in join our house who has similar qualities (clean and friendly).

*Unfortunately, we cannot take in pets or couples. Btw, I have taken down the valentine's day decorations lol. But just be prepared that I do go all out for Christmas and other holidays -- if my housemates are okay with it!
