Hello! I’m looking for a new roommate for my 3br apt in the Outer Sunset. My roommate is leaving for law school and I’m taking over the lease. Although it is a 3br, I’m currently just looking for 1 roommate, but we can discuss getting a 3rd roommate later.

***House: Outer Sunset, cross streets 41st and Lincoln. 2 ½ blocks from N-Judah Spot, 1 block from Golden Gate park. Walking distance from the beach. Free laundry in the garage. Parking available. Shared backyard. Palm City SF, Damnfine Pizza and Sunset Cantina are all within 2 blocks.
***Room: Can pick between two rooms with good size closets. One room gets lots of morning sun while the other gets afternoon sun. You would also get your own bathroom.
***Rent: $1600 plus split utilities (about ~$200/month per person)
***Security Deposit: $2400
***Move-in: September 1st, with flexibility to move in earlier.
***Pets: Sadly, no pets allowed.

I’m looking for someone who is:
***friendly: we don't have to be BFFs, but I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of a home, hang out in the living room, drink beer/wine after work, etc. And generally a respectable, good person.
relatively clean: you clean your dishes, happily take out recycling/trash/compost, keep common areas tidy

I am 34, fully-vaccinated, and I work as a women’s health policy analyst in San Francisco. Working from home at the moment, but used to commute on the NJudah everyday and used that time to listen to podcasts and/or nap. Workout a few times a week, but my real passion is wearing stretchy pants and curling up in front of my Netflix. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, eating out, sitting at the park and pretending the cute dogs I see are mine, and gardening/ collecting houseplants. I'm easy going, laid back, responsible, clean, and I laugh my way through the awkward and uncomfortable moments in life.
