Now I want to sell it because (i) I feel it will take too much space in my room (ii) the heat this Summer is more tolerable to me compared to last year.

As a discount, I lower the price by $100. I live on campus. I would recommend bringing a cart when you come to take the AC, because it's a little heavy.
