Room is approx. 10 x 12 feet with built-in closet, extralong twin chestbed, large worktable, swivel desk chair, large dresser. Pleasant view from bedroom window of lawn surrounded by fruit trees and flowers. Bedding and towels available or you provide your own.

Full use of fully-equipped kitchen (everyone cleans up after cooking; individual storage areas), dining/living area, patio/garden, and in-house washer/drier included. Water and energy conservation essential. Driveway and/or street parking available or space to store bicycle.

NO PETS, smoking, vaping, or drugs. Occasional overnight guests and small dinner parties okay by prior arrangement.

Home is in pleasant, safe neighborhood at the end of long, quiet cul-de-sac, easy walk to Piazza's grocery store and Peet's Coffee, about 15 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike to Stanford, Google or Tesla, etc., 10 minutes by bike to San Antonio Caltrain station, very close to Google shuttle route to Mountain View facilities, very close to VTA bus routes.

I am an active retiree, female, former ESL teacher, former software co-entrepreneur, longtime Palo Alto/SF Bay area resident, world traveler, busy with many activities and interests. I occupy the master suite and a studio/office in converted garage.

Rent is $1200 per month, which INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES (each room has individual thermostat for HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING), WIRELESS INTERNET, and WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING IN COMMON AREAS AND BATHROOM. First and last months rent plus $450 security deposit required to move in.
