Hello!

My roommates and I have rented out a place near Stanford University and downtown Palo Alto for the next year, but are not moving in until September. Rooms are available from now until September 13. The house is a ~5 minute bike ride / ~10 minute walk from Stanford campus and a ~10 minute bike ride / ~20 minute walk to downtown Palo Alto. The house is almost completely unfurnished. WiFi will be set up in the house shortly.

The house has 5 sizable bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen with new appliances, a huge kitchen island, and wine rack, great outdoor space, outdoor table and chairs for dining, and a large garage.

The rent is ideally ~$400 per week per bedroom or ~$1500 per month per bedroom, but rent is definitely negotiable. Short term stays would be welcome. Either the whole house or 4 bedrooms are available depending on the desired dates. We have one friend who will be doing a medical rotation nearby and will be staying in the house for a week or so.
