We have a large private room in our beautiful walk-up apartment and are looking for a new roommate. Our apartment is spacious and clean, and we have a washer/dryer in the building. Oh, did we mention we have a beautiful backyard?

Location: Quiet residential street but still very close to the Panhandle, Golden Gate Park, Divisadero, and only one block from Lucky supermarket!

2 apartments in the building - Upstairs neighbors are amazing and super friendly
House is clean and comes fully stocked with cleaning supplies and new vacuum
Bills 40-60 a month
Laundry is in the garage and shared with upstairs neighbors and is free!

Our backyard is totally redone, and is a great space to work, do yoga, or relax in your own private space. You will run into our upstairs neighbors here!

Large, spacious room with high ceilings and tons of closet space

Housemates: We are two easygoing, active professionals in our 30’s who love spending time outside and living in San Francisco! We are also fully-vaxxed!!

D - Recent Sports Masters graduate from USF, when she's not busy interning you can find her baking the best cookies you've ever tasted, chilling in the living room/garden, out in Golden Gate park playing Pétanque (french bocce ball) or grabbing coffee from her favorite cafe!

R - Works at Stanford in international education. He loves the outdoors, learning new languages and is an aspiring travel writer. When he’s not busy planning his next hiking/international trip you can find him exploring new parts of the city or reading in Golden Gate Park.

You - Late 20’s- 40, active, stable income, covid-conscious, vaccinated and a clear communicator

We all hangout in our down time but also do our own thing, if you want to hang in your room great, if you want to join in on a Seinfield/Schitt's Creek marathon or picnic in the park even better!

Costs - Original rent is $1700 but is now $1,550!!!! We are looking to fill this room for Sept 1, so drop us a note and tell us a bit more about yourself! Earlier move-in may be possible.
