I am looking to fill three bedrooms in a beautiful 4bed/2.5bath Mountain View home. Utilities generally run <$150/month.

The following rooms are available:

Front Room $1200/month -- Very sunny bedroom with a spacious closet and plenty of space for a queen-size bed, desk, etc.

Middle Room $900/month -- A big western-facing window means this room gets a ton of sun. It is on the smaller side and does not have dedicated closet space, but it's great if you are looking to save some money in the expensive Bay Area.

Back Room $1300/month -- This is the original master bedroom of the home and includes large closet space, a half bath, some built-in shelving around the bed, and a large window with views into the backyard.

The house comes with a very spacious backyard that I've been keeping a garden in for the past two years and gets plenty of sun if you'd like to add on, there is also a grill. Hardwood floors throughout. Nice size kitchen with gas stove, good appliances, and granite countertops. The house also comes with a two-car garage with more storage and space than you'll probably need. The garage has been utilized as a home gym for the past two years. Some furniture is available, but you each room will likely need its own furnishings. This is a perfect place if you and some friends are looking for a great spot for the next few years.

I am a Stanford Postdoc who's been here since Aug 2019 and I really appreciate the quiet, yet central neighborhood (10 minutes from Castro Street, 20 minutes to campus in a car, <30 minutes bike) I would stay longer if I could, but will be moving to a job in Illinois in December, at which point you'd be able to move into the master bedroom ($1400/month).
